High Season
$270 per night. Weekly rate – $1700

Mid Season
$200 per night (midweek rate), $220 per night (weekend rate). Weekly rate – $1300

Low Season
$190 per night (midweek rate). $200 per night (weekend rate). Weekly rate – $1250

- Payment for 2 adults. Additional adults $15 per night. Additional children $5 per night.
- Linen & Towels are provided for king size bedroom only at no extra cost. Linen for the queen bedroom $30
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The total transaction value for a booking is split into two portions: the non-refundable deposit of approximately 10% of the overall charge and the remaining balance. You may pay both portions (the full amount) up-front or pay the deposit initially and subsequently pay the remaining balance. Where the stay is during mid or low season and commences in less than 4 weeks from the time of booking, the full amount must be paid up-front unless negotiated with the owner. Where the stay is a high season booking (Christmas period) your booking can be pencilled in but won’t be confirmed until at least 50% of the booking is paid. If booking after 1st October 50% deposit must be paid for confirmation with the remainder paid at least one month prior to the booking period. Upon cancellation, prior payments will be refunded if the period booked is rebooked by new guests.
The method of payment will be discussed with you when you first request a booking. You will then receive a booking confirmation.
